Job summary

Unilever seeks an Associate Director, Operations to lead Wild's US fulfilment and logistics strategy from Hoboken, NY area. You will own end-to-end fulfilment across DTC, Amazon and major US retailers, partnering with 3PLs and the US logistics network to deliver exceptional service and cost efficiency.

You will guide regional customer experience, drive KPI improvements, and shape scalable processes for rapid US growth.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in US Operations / Fulfilment leadership roles.
Deep Walmart & Target fulfilment experience including vendor compliance.
Proven track record leading 3PL relationships and logistics performance.
Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability.
Experience in high-growth, omni-channel consumer brands with large US retailers.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a scaling environment.
Excellent partner management and executive-level communication skills.
Strong people leadership with team development.

Responsibilities

Own US end-to-end fulfilment and logistics execution across DTC, Amazon and Retail channels.
Define regional customer experience strategy and lead systemic improvements to drive delight.
Set performance standards and engage in regular business reviews with Ops team and 3PL partners.
Lead negotiations with logistics partners and manage US supplier escalations.
Drive continuous improvement to scale operations with a lean US team.
Lead cross-functional launches and ensure strong execution and service performance.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Retail, Tech and Finance on strategic priorities.
