Job summary

Uber is seeking a data-driven, cross-functional leader to own end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of US markets or core product lines, including pricing, experience, and growth. You will diagnose marketplace dynamics using data and shape a roadmap with senior stakeholders.

You will lead high-impact projects, balance profitability with customer experience, and influence decisions across Product, Operations, and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Strong SQL skills and experience solving ambiguous problems by leveraging large data sets

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and outcomes: Lead area of the business end-to-end with vision, strategy, and growth/profitability goals.
• Drive analytical decisions: Diagnose performance across demand, supply, pricing, incentives, reliability, product mix and competition.
• Shape the business: Prioritize opportunities across the marketplace and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to hit market objectives.
• Lead through influence: Align senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance and partners around a clear strategy.
