Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to anchor high-impact, global marketplace initiatives. You will define strategy, mentor PMs, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver customer-centric roadmaps.

In this role, you’ll navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment, make hard trade-offs with incomplete data, and drive 0-to-1 innovation while maintaining high engineering quality and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall professional experience shipping bold product bets.
• Experience overseeing customer research plans and translating insights into product directions.
• Ability to convert unstructured problems into clear plans across multiple teams with minimal oversight.
• Strong technical depth to identify challenges and align multiple engineering teams.
• Mastery of experimentation with data science to drive data-driven roadmaps.
• Advocacy for UX/UI excellence with a principle-first design approach.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and vision with long-term impact and quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor PMs and align Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution while maintaining high quality and speed.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including executives and external partners.
• Leverage data to inform strategic trade-offs and mitigate risk trends.
• Remove roadblocks to enable fast experimentation and delivery.
