Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a strategic, analytical leader to own end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of US markets or products.

You will define value propositions, shape roadmaps, and optimize pricing, reliability, and marketplace dynamics using data to drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to set direction, lead high-impact projects, and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience solving ambiguous problems by leveraging large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead your area of the business end-to-end with accountability for vision, strategy, and delivering against growth, experience, and profitability goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of market and product line performance; lead rigorous deep dives and translate data into clear decisions on growth and competition.
• Identify opportunities across the broader marketplace and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to achieve market-level objectives.
• Turn insights into action by aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, and other teams around a clear strategy.
