Uber seeks a Lead Product Manager to set the vision for high-impact teams shaping the global marketplace. You will lead a thoughtful, data-driven PM group, partner with Engineering, Design and Data Science, and own customer-centric roadmaps that scale across regions.

You will navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment, mentor managers, and drive 0-to-1 innovation while maintaining a high bar for quality and velocity. A strong technical and strategic posture is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience.
• Ability to oversee customer research plans and translate insights into product directions.
• Proven track record converting ambiguous problems into focused plans while managing multiple multi-team projects.
• Strong technical depth to identify challenges and align engineering teams.
• Mastery of experimentation with data-science collaboration.
• Advocate for best-in-class UX/UI design and a principle-first approach.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define Strategy and Vision: craft long-term product vision and quarterly roadmaps that meet global goals.
• Lead and mentor product managers, coordinating with Engineering, Design and Data Science teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution and obsess over user experience and business impact.
• Manage stakeholders from executives to external partners, aligning priorities with your vision.
• Dive into data to inform strategic trade-offs, identify risks, and guide decisions.
• Remove roadblocks to enable high-velocity experimentation and delivery.
