Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the US market, joining at an early stage and working directly with the CEO to build market presence, win strategic customers, and shape the company's growth strategy.

You will drive new business development in biotechnology, pharma, CRO, diagnostics and research markets, selling standardized platforms and integrated automation solutions, while building OEM partnerships and a US growth plan.

Qualifications

Proven success selling laboratory automation, robotics, liquid handling, or related technologies.
Experience operating in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
Ability to contribute strategic ideas, market insight and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development across biotechnology, pharma, CRO, diagnostics and research markets.
Sell both standardized automation platforms and larger integrated automation solutions.
Develop strategic OEM and partnership relationships with instrument manufacturers, integrators and reagent providers.
Build and execute a US territory growth strategy.
Generate market intelligence and commercial insight to influence business strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.
