Job summary

Addendum is seeking an experienced IT services professional to bring in new business and develop long‑term client relationships in the US market. This is a B2B, contract‑based role with leadership collaboration and delivery support.

You will leverage an established network to win IT staffing, team augmentation and software development opportunities, manage opportunities through negotiations, and grow recurring revenue while potentially leading a local US team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling IT staffing, team augmentation or IT outsourcing services.
• Established network of US‑based decision‑makers and potential clients.
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand opportunities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use your network to identify and win new clients for IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services.
• Manage opportunities from initial introduction through negotiations and closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, expanding accounts and recurring business.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to develop solutions and ensure client success.
• Contribute to growth of Addendum’s US business and potentially lead a local team as the business expands.
