Job summary

Addendum is seeking an experienced IT services professional to bring new business to Addendum and develop long‑term client relationships in the US market. This entrepreneurial, commercially focused role rewards a proven track record in selling IT staffing or team augmentation services and the ability to convert relationships into revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling IT staffing, team augmentation or IT outsourcing services.
• Established network of US-based decision-makers and potential clients.
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand commercial opportunities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients for IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services.
• Manage opportunities from initial introduction through negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify expansion and recurring business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to create suitable solutions and ensure successful client collaboration.
