Job summary

Addendum, a global software development and IT team augmentation firm, is seeking an experienced IT services professional to bring new business and develop long-term client relationships in the US market. You will leverage your proven track record in selling IT staffing or team augmentation services, manage client accounts, and work directly with Addendum's leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling IT staffing or team augmentation services.
Established network of US-based decision-makers.
Experience in IT services, software development, outsourcing or team augmentation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a business.
Ability to work independently and manage opportunities end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Identify and win new clients for IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services.
Manage opportunities from introduction through negotiations and closure.
Build and maintain relationships with the clients you bring to Addendum, expanding accounts.
Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to craft suitable solutions and ensure client success.
Grow Addendum's US business with potential to lead a local team as the business expands.
