Job summary

Heald is seeking a Growth Lead to own messaging, funnel design, and experimentation for the US market. You’ll inherit a funnel from a Senior Growth Operator and scale it, setting quarterly angles and the testing roadmap.

You’ll manage two reports (Performance Marketing Specialist and CRM & Lifecycle Specialist), collaborate with a Visual Designer, and partner with the founder on offer evolution and conversion improvements.

Qualifications

5-8 years in D2C/consumer internet growth marketing, with 2+ years owning US-market campaigns end-to-end.
Has driven CAC improvement on a US D2C funnel with measurable before/after results.
Strong written English with US idiom; comfortable writing for US consumers.

Responsibilities

Own quarterly messaging framework and 4-6 core angles per quarter mapped to segments and offers.
Architect full funnel: cold to warm, define steps and KPIs, handoff to teams.
Write briefs for design and approve ad copy, ensure compliance and tone.
Design and oversee weekly experiments (3-5 active), weekly readouts, monthly retrospectives.
Align with sales and care teams; translate feedback into angles and landing page updates.
Manage two reports (Performance Marketing Specialist and CRM Specialist) and mentor junior staff.
