Job summary

Scalewind is seeking a Funnel & Automation Architect to own the entire funnel ecosystem—from strategy and build-out to automation and optimization. You will lead the go-to-market funnels, architect scalable systems, and optimize for conversions and LTV using GoHighLevel.

You should have 3+ years building funnels and 2+ years of GoHighLevel mastery, with strong HTML/CSS, integrations, and a performance-driven mindset. This is a full-time, remote role with Austin HQ preference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building high-converting direct-response funnels.
• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel mastery—show us your builds.
• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS tweaks, webhooks, Zapier/Make, Stripe, and API integrations.
• A performance marketer’s mindset—CPA, AOV, LTV are your daily obsessions.
• Relentless drive for optimization and a “figure it out before it breaks” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead funnel strategy and end-to-end execution.
• Architect, build, test, and optimize funnel steps across lead magnets, webinars, and VSLs.
• Own lifecycle automations including email, SMS, DM, and voicemail sequences.
• Track metrics with UTM, server-side tagging, and attribution.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, CS; document processes.
