Job summary

Alt is hiring for a growth-focused role that owns the submission funnel from first submission to high-value actions. You will drive buyer conversion through search, discovery, and real-time Alt Value pricing context, building experiments and a robust harness to test improvements.

You’ll ship production code, own growth metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Lifecycle, and Ops to maximize liquidity and activation on the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building growth surfaces or PLG funnels.
• Strong data fluency; SQL and Python.
• Experience shipping production code with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on with AI tooling and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the submission funnel end-to-end from first submission to high-value submission.
• Improve search, discovery, and buyer conversion with ranking and real-time Alt Value context.
• Build and own the experimentation harness with guardrails and readouts.
• Balance marketplace liquidity by analyzing supply-demand and card categories.
• Communicate trade-offs and progress to the CEO and leadership.
