Alt Platform Inc is seeking a founding Growth Engineer in the United States to transform experiments into instrumented, repeatable systems across both sides of the marketplace. You will own the activation funnel, analytics, and lifecycle messaging, partnering with the founder and Head of Marketing to scale growth.

The role emphasizes building data-driven growth, instrumenting funnels, and optimizing channels with AI-assisted strategies while maintaining a strong north-star metric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with backend and frontend capabilities.
• Track record owning growth systems from design to production.
• Fluency with growth tooling, experimentation, and attribution.
• Strong funnel instrumentation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own activation funnel end-to-end, instrument steps, and run an experimentation loop.
• Identify real acquisition channels and build scalable machinery.
• Stand up clean attribution, consolidate analytics, and modernize messaging.
• Turn lifecycle channels (push, email, SMS) into an owned, instrumented system.
• Balance marketplace dynamics across bidders, buyers, and sellers.
