Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth or direct response design experience.
• Portfolio with measurable conversion impact tied to design decisions.
• Proven end-to-end funnel design experience.
• Strong hook, proof, payoff and CTA sensibility; can write headlines.
• Experience designing interactive tools with branching logic.
• Experience running structured experimentation programs.
• Solid web design fundamentals; proficient in Figma; Cursor a plus.
• Editorial sensibility: long-form content that converts.
• AI-driven design: using AI to accelerate production.
• Strong communication; able to influence cross-functional partners.
• Timezone: UK or US with CST overlap.

Responsibilities

• Design paid acquisition funnels end to end from land to lead capture.
• Translate personas into funnel variants per vertical.
• Create interactive quizzes, calculators, and qualification flows with branching logic.
• Translate Forbes Advisor's editorial voice into conversion-focused formats.
• Treat CRO mechanics as design problems with strong reasoning.
• Run hypothesis-driven tests and build reusable templates.
