This on-site role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and market penetration. The candidate will mentor a sales and operations team, optimize distribution, and align with global executive leadership on forecasts and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience selling into landscape/municipal markets.
• Leadership in smart water management or industrial IoT / automation.
• Proven success scaling a regional business unit or mid-market technology distributor.
• Player-coach with ability to develop sales frameworks while closing enterprise deals.
• Ability to report to global leadership with cadence, governance, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Integrate company’s operation, inventory management, customer support, and field service delivery to ensure seamless post-sale execution and client retention.
• Lead the U.S. sales strategy by mentoring account executives and technical sales teams while actively participating in high-value enterprise deal closures and key partner negotiations.
• Expand Company’s footprint within commercial irrigation, municipal, and industrial IoT water management sectors through direct sales, distribution partnerships, and system integrators.
• Drive overall commercial growth and operational performance across the United States. Establish 6- and 12-month milestones aligned with global goals.
