Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a U.S. General Manager to lead and expand our North American irrigation business across landscape, municipal, and turf sectors. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, driving revenue growth, optimizing channels, and mentoring a high-performing sales and operations team.

You’ll expand market penetration and align 6- and 12-month milestones with global goals, reporting to executive leadership and coordinating partnerships and distributors.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into landscape/municipal markets.
• Leadership in smart water management or industrial IoT.
• Proven success scaling regional business or distributor networks.
• Player-coach who closes enterprise accounts.
• Direct liaison to global executive leadership with reporting cadence.
