• Ability to report to global leadership with clear cadence.

Responsibilities

• Integrate operations, inventory, support and field service for seamless post-sale execution.
• Lead U.S. sales strategy, mentor teams, close enterprise deals and partner negotiations.
• Expand footprint in commercial irrigation, municipal and industrial IoT water management through direct sales and partnerships.
• Drive commercial growth and operational performance with 6- and 12-month milestones.
