Job summary

HOLY EARTH | Caskets & Urns is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to drive our U.S. presence in the funeral industry. You will lead a hands-on growth plan, build relationships with funeral homes and distribution partners, and train teams to present our premium products with sensitivity and meaning.

You will travel regularly, build market strategy, and report on opportunities and outcomes as part of our ambitious expansion in North America.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in funeral, burial, cremation or memorial products.
• Established network of industry contacts.
• Strong ability to communicate value of premium products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a U.S. sales and market development plan.
• Build relationships with funeral homes, directors, and distribution partners.
• Lead the sales process from outreach to negotiation and closure.
• Visit funeral homes and train teams to present HOLY EARTH products with confidence and empathy.
• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives tailored to the funeral industry in coordination with the company.
• Represent HOLY EARTH at industry conventions, trade shows, and professional meetings.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on opportunities and results.
