Job summary

Subway is seeking a senior executive to lead US Franchisee Performance, overseeing operational excellence for thousands of franchised restaurants and a $11B system sales portfolio. You will direct a large Field Operations team, partner with Franchisees and HQ, and drive transformational improvements in sales, costs, and guest experience.

The role requires deep expertise in franchise operations, strategic leadership, and change management, with a focus on accelerating profitability and brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive leadership in franchise operations and field teams.
Proven track record in driving sales, profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational performance of ~20,000 franchised restaurants in the US.
Lead a national Field Operations team of up to 200 personnel.
Drive sales growth and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with franchisees and corporate to ensure brand consistency.
Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and budgets.
