• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into field actions.
• Own deployment framework and educate teams on standard processes.
• Direct quarterly alignment for assigned business units.
• Maintain data integrity across systems for roster accuracy.
• Collaborate on territory optimization and scorecards.
• Manage realignments end-to-end; plan and execute changes.
• Oversee roster governance and regulatory compliance with Government Relations.
