Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness to drive the effectiveness, execution, and governance of customer-facing field teams across Commercial and Medical Affairs.

You will partner with field leadership to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, and lead governance and targeting efforts to improve field productivity and performance. A strong cross-functional and data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred.
7-8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry experience.
Experience in field force effectiveness, sales/medical operations, commercial operations, analytics, or CRM.
Experience supporting customer-facing field teams (Sales, Market Access, or Medical Affairs).
Demonstrated success working in a highly cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define and advance field force effectiveness priorities.
Translate strategy into actionable field execution frameworks across cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to improve field productivity, focus, and execution quality.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve field performance.
Define and manage field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Commercial. Integrate Medical Operations data into unified metrics.
Monitor performance trends and identify actionable insights for decision-making.
Lead development of business reviews and leadership updates.
Ensure visibility into field execution and impact.
