Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years of health care industry experience (pharma, strategy consulting, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of field deployment and sales force effectiveness processes in pharma.
• Experience evaluating optimal sales territory alignments.
• Strong understanding of US pharma data and market.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, urgency, and senior-level communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Excel and related analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Deployment Strategy Leadership: set and evolve US deployment strategy and framework.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: translate strategy into field action plans and align across brands.
• Framework Ownership: champion deployment framework and embed standard processes.
• Quarterly Alignment Orchestration: lead quarterly alignment for assigned units.
• Data and Systems Integrity: ensure roster accuracy and reliable field data.
• Territory Optimization and Scorecards: develop scorecards tracking quality and impact.
• Realignment Program Management: manage end-to-end field realignments.
• Roster Governance: oversee roster changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Regulatory Compliance: partner with Government Relations on state registrations.
