Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Sr Manager, Field Deployment (Oncology) to lead planning, design, and execution of Field Force Effectiveness for complex Oncology portfolios. You will oversee resource allocation, deployment strategies, and analytics for cross-franchise collaborations.

Responsibilities include leading deployment design, KPI alignment, and cross-functional program rollout with external partners. Strong leadership and data-driven decision skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare commercial experience in roles of progressive responsibility.
• High School diploma minimum education.
• Proven ability to design, plan and execute field force effectiveness strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytics, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas or accountability.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and deliver field deployment, territory alignment, and sales structure recommendations for Oncology franchises or alliances.
• Lead key FFE initiatives: process optimization, KPI alignment, territory design, and best practice roll-out across large cross-functional teams.
• Integrate FFE analytics and benchmarking to guide business decision‑making and enable field productivity.
• Translate data and analytics into actionable business recommendations for field structure and resource investment.
• Lead requirements and preparations of FFE dashboards and reports for senior leadership and alliance partners.
• Identify and measure critical KPIs for field teams and report risks/opportunities.
