• Experience owning core field effectiveness disciplines at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to partner with brand and sales leadership as a strategic peer.
• Track record of leading through organizational scale-up and launches.
• Strong command of analytics with HCP and account data understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define field engagement model across the portfolio.
• Lead segmentation, targeting and deployment design.
• Oversee incentive compensation strategy and governance.
• Own account planning and field operations infrastructure.
• Build capability roadmap and tool adoption with IT/CRM.
• Provide leadership and budgeting for Field Force Effectiveness.
