Job summary

Conveo is seeking an Events Manager US in New York to own on-the-ground event delivery, including booths, logistics, travel, and vendor management. You will coordinate multiple US events, secure speaking slots, and manage VIPs and side-events to drive pipeline.

You will also lead virtual activations and ensure seamless integration with global playbooks, with a focus on autonomous execution in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in event marketing with hands-on execution ownership.
• Track record of delivering 10+ events per year across conferences and activations.
• Strong vendor management: booths, production, merch, logistics, venues.
• Experience managing event budgets and reporting spend vs results.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate; travel 30–40%.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver US events that feel category-defining with on-site execution.
• Plan and manage end-to-end on-the-ground event delivery across US cities.
• Run virtual events and activations to reach US audiences.
• Turn events into measurable pipeline with lead capture and follow-up.
