Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks an Event Operations Coordinator to drive pre-event logistics and attendee management across multiple U.S. offices in a hybrid setting.

You’ll own outreach, registrations, campaigns, websites, and vendor follow-through to ensure a seamless attendee experience. You’ll partner with Field Marketing and Sales Operations to target attendees, manage registrations, and deploy campaigns while coordinating vendors and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to run multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Experience with event coordination and marketing operations fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own high-ownership pre-event logistics and attendee coordination.
• Build targeted attendee lists and drive registrations.
• Create and manage event websites and registration pages (Cvent).
• Launch and track Salesforce campaigns for events.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and post-event follow-up.
