Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Entry Coordinator in Tennessee to manage documentation for US customs approvals. You will classify goods, prepare data for release, and ensure fast, compliant processing while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work with brokers, carriers, and internal teams, performing data entry across multiple systems and upholding all regulatory requirements. Training provided; growth opportunities within global logistics.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No industry experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred.
• Data entry and MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOPs, tariff book, internet or customs.
• Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing and exporting regulations.
• Work closely with other internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• May handle remote filings.
• Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Paid Training Provided.
