Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Documentation Coordinator to manage U.S. Customs documentation for import entries. You will provide outstanding customer service and ensure accurate classification and timely submission of data across multiple systems.

You will maintain shipment records, comply with import/export regulations, and collaborate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Hybrid role; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No industry experience required; 6 months work experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience using computer systems for data entry, document creation, and navigation of standard software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release.
• Data entry and processing of import documentation for submission to US Customs; may handle PGA's.
• Maintain and update shipment documentation to meet record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to international importing/exporting regulations and cooperate with internal staff and customers.
• Process agency brokerage shipments and may handle remote filings.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
