Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required. No industry experience required.
• Minimum one year of experience using computer systems with data entry and document creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs for entry of goods in the US on behalf of importers.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Classify goods for customs release from databases and tariff references.
• Perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing regulations.
• Work with internal staff and departments to deliver high level of service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.
