Job summary

AliExpress, the original business within Alibaba Group, is seeking an experienced operations leader to build and manage a US commerce-driven influencer creator network. You will recruit top creators, nurture partnerships, and drive monetization strategies across categories to maximize exposure and conversions.

You will partner with brand teams, analyze trends, and implement robust measurement of GMV, ROI, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer/creator operations or related fields.
• Strong US market experience preferred.
• Established network of US commerce-driven creators.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual is a plus: English/Spanish and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and operate US creator resource base and build a scalable network.
• Manage recruit–nurture–exit lifecycle for creators/agencies.
• Collaborate with category/brand teams to launch monetization paths.
• Produce channel/product trend analysis to optimize promotion.
• Establish monitoring system tracking GMV, views, ROI, funnels.
