Job summary

eBay is seeking a strategic Head of Community, Social & Influencer Marketing to build and scale our ecosystem across the US. You will shape growth strategies linking creators, influencers, collectors, buyers, and sellers, and lead a high-performing team for social media, partnerships, and community initiatives.

You will partner with eBay Live and other teams to drive awareness, participation, and demand while staying ahead of creator economy trends and measuring impact across key metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community-building programs.
• Proven ability to scale creator ecosystems and measure business impact.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional influence across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead social, influencer, and community strategy across the US.
• Build and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem for awareness and participation.
• Develop growth loops turning enthusiasts into advocates and buyers.
• Create programs to deepen engagement with collectors and enthusiasts on/off platform.
• Partner with Live, Product, Brand, and Growth teams for audience acquisition.
