Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Creator Operations Associate to support the US Creator programs within the USDS Business Operations. You will design, manage, and send communications to US Creators, and help grow the Creator ecosystem through webinars, newsletters, and events.

In this role you will collaborate with Data & Analytics and Product teams, oversee community management for growth programs, and help onboard and educate creators at scale, shaping product adoption and creator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
• Great written and spoken communication skills to influence product partners.
• Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Results- and solution-oriented with strong relationship skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with influencer management in creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key USDS partner supporting the US execution of growth programs and vertical priorities
• Oversee communications, in-app and offline, to US Creators for product adoption and community management needs
• Design and launch creator communities to onboard, support and educate emerging and established creators at scale
• Design and implement scalable program solutions for US product & creator needs, helping drive creator growth and retention
• Measure and track the success of growth programs and community management over time, drawing insights from metrics
• Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community to support product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data & Analytics and Product to design solutions for the US market
