Job summary

My Amazon Guy seeks a results-driven leader to own the MAG Creator Platform, orchestrating influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and UGC operations across 400+ brands. You will guide onboarding, compliance, content approvals, payments, and reporting while pitching the platform to clients to drive growth and adoption.

You will design the creator lifecycle, set quality standards, recruit and mentor an operations team, and collaborate across functions to align efforts with brand goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or UGC operations.
• End-to-end ownership of programs or products from roadmap to operations.
• Strong understanding of UGC, affiliate programs, and social platforms; experience with analytics dashboards.
• Experience presenting business value to clients and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with developers on SaaS or internal tools; leadership and mentoring ability.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing compliance; familiarity with Amazon Attribution or affiliate tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Creator Platform business and translate business needs into operational processes.
• Design end-to-end creator lifecycle from discovery to payments and set quality standards.
• Oversee campaigns including seeding, UGC packages, sponsored posts, giveaways, and affiliate programs.
• Recruit, lead and scale an operations team; establish SOPs for content review, reporting and payouts.
• Monitor platform KPIs and provide quarterly leadership reports on impact and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UGC and affiliate efforts with brand goals.
