Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate/commercial law experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing or top-tier firms.
• Proven ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities and corporate governance in a decentralized organization.
• Strong judgment in risk mitigation and legal operations optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties and corporate governance for all U.S. entities.
• Counsel the U.S. Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, compliance and strategic legal matters.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications.
• Provide expert legal counsel on contracts, commercial agreements, and cross-entity matters.
