ABB Inc. is seeking a senior legal leader to provide comprehensive United States fiduciary and corporate governance guidance.

Remote role reporting to MONM Division General Counsel, supporting country operations, contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management. You will work with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk, manage regulatory filings, and enable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or top-tier firms preferred.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and compliance for U.S. entities.
• Advise senior management on governance, risk, and M&A matters.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, and data privacy.
• Provide counsel on contracts and cross-entity legal matters; supervise paralegal staff.
