ABB Inc. seeks a senior legal professional to lead U.S. fiduciary duties, corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance for all U.S. entities.

You will advise the U.S. Country Holding Officer and senior leadership on governance, risk, and strategic legal matters, including M&A and license-to-operate requirements. Responsibilities include contract review, data privacy, government contracting, and collaboration with global Legal & Integrity teams; supervise paralegals as needed.

Qualifications

• JD with active U.S. bar admission and 10+ years in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or large law firms.
• Strong governance, compliance, risk management and M&A experience.
• Ability to supervise paralegal staff and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and regulatory filings for all U.S. entities.
• Advise senior management on governance, compliance, risk, and strategic legal matters, including M&A.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity.
• Provide counsel on contracts and shared legal entity matters; coordinate with global centers.
