Alex Staff Agency is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the US market expansion from the ground up for an Edge AI video analytics solution. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding a national network of independent B2B integrators, VARs, and security installers with a retainer plus uncapped commission structure.

The position starts as a flexible 1099 contract with a transition path to a full-time W2 executive as the channel grows.

Formación

• 5+ years recruiting and managing independent B2B dealer/integrator channels in security, VMS, or CCTV.
• Deep understanding of IP video surveillance architecture and edge vs. cloud.
• Ability to conduct live technical demos without sales engineers.
• Proven track record building territories or launching new brands from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and sign net-new independent security integrators, VARs, and installers across target US regions.
• Develop and execute the US channel strategy, dealer programs, and onboarding workflows from scratch.
• Train partner sales teams, perform live product demos, and help close key end-user accounts.
• Coordinate with integrators’ technical teams for hardware/software deployment and BOM reviews.
• Build and manage a channel partner pipeline with accurate forecasting and healthy accounts.
