Job summary

Alex Staff Agency UK is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue in the UK security systems market. You will leverage your network with integrators, installers and distributors to close large deals and tenders, while collaborating with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions for UK needs.

This fully remote opportunity requires extensive experience in security systems distribution, a strong network, and mastery of CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in security systems distribution in the UK.
• Strong existing network within the UK security industry.
• In-depth understanding of security product lines (AI Video Analytics, VMS, CCTV, alarms, access control, monitoring solutions).
• Experience in large deal closures and tender processes.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable results.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
• English C2.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion in the UK security systems distribution market.
• Leverage an extensive professional network to identify and engage decision-makers in integrators, installers, and distributors.
• Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to differentiate our product offerings.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for high-value prospects and key partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for large contracts, tenders, and strategic deals.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt solutions for UK market needs.
