Job summary

Dubor USA, a family-owned, international company with U.S., Europe, and Asia operations, is seeking a hands-on bookkeeper for our Atlanta office. You’ll own day-to-day numbers for the U.S. operation, including payroll, and collaborate with finance colleagues in Europe.

Work in a small team, ensuring clean, reconciled books and supporting year-end with external accountants. On-site role in Atlanta, GA with growth opportunities as the U.S. operation expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close).
• Hands-on payroll experience for U.S. employees, payroll tax filings required.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP basics and double-entry accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll end to end for U.S. employees, including taxes.
• Manage accounts payable and verify invoices vs. POs and receipts.
• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices and apply payments.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and accruals.
• Process and review employee expense reports and travel expenses.
• Prepare and file sales/use tax returns and 1099/vendor records.
• Maintain organized records and support year-end audits with external accountants.
• Collaborate with Europe on intercompany transactions and reporting.
