Repro Products, Inc. in Smyrna, GA is seeking an experienced AR, AP/Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations and contribute to the company’s growth. This onsite role offers the opportunity to take ownership, expand your skills, and advance within the organization.

The position entails general accounting, financial analysis, month-end close, reporting, and collaboration with the CFO, AP, and AR teams. After onboarding, there may be one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Must have strong GAAP knowledge and accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to perform financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, variance analysis, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership potential and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions, including financial analysis.
• Evaluate and improve financial controls and projections.
• Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Assist with daily, monthly, and annual reporting, along with special projects.
• Support purchasing and inventory processes as needed.
• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with AP/AR teams.
• Reconcile various accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
