Qualifications

• Executive presence and structured thinking, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• AI fluency with agents, skills, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
• Stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI activation across the US region, partnering with global engineering teams to scale use cases.
• Translate technical concepts into business narratives that resonate with senior leaders.
• Drive cross‑functional roadmaps, aligning priorities across product, data, engineering, and operations.
• Serve as the regional liaison to the AI platform team and communicate implications for business units.
• Support end‑to‑end AI implementation from framing problems to deployment and adoption.
• Enable teams through demos, training, and structured communication.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Databricks, GCP, and Gemini Enterprise in enterprise workflows.
• Champion responsible AI usage and day‑to‑day productivity improvements across functions.
