About the Role

The Lead, AI Activation (US) drives enterprise adoption of AI across the North America region. In this role, you will translate AI platform capabilities into business outcomes, partnering closely with global teams and cross‑functional business teams. You will serve as the regional bridge between data engineering, AI platform teams, and senior business stakeholders — ensuring that AI solutions are understood, prioritized, and successfully deployed.

This role requires structured communication, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will help shape the AI roadmap, guide teams on when to use agents, skills, or workflows, and ensure that AI implementations deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI activation across the US region, partnering with global engineering teams to deliver and scale AI use cases.
• Translate technical concepts into business narratives that resonate with senior leaders — connecting platform capabilities to commercial outcomes.
• Drive cross‑functional roadmaps, aligning priorities across product, data, engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Serve as the regional liaison to the AI platform team, interpreting their roadmap and communicating implications for business units.
• Support end‑to‑end AI implementation, from problem framing and solution design to deployment, measurement, and adoption.
• Enable teams through demos, training, and structured communication, building confidence and accelerating usage.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Databricks, GCP, and Gemini Enterprise, guiding teams on how these components fit into enterprise workflows.
• Champion responsible AI usage and day‑to‑day productivity improvements across business functions.
