Job summary

YouGov is seeking an Account Director within our Account Management team to drive sales growth in the US market. You will lead renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize account value while serving as the primary client contact to analyze challenges and negotiate tailored solutions.

Under the VP's guidance, you will manage a small team of Account Managers, shape growth strategies, and participate in targeting brands and sectors for campaigns to win new business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing a portfolio of at least $7M in business.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell data products and services.
• Experience scoping custom research projects and identifying opportunities.
• Proficiency engaging with C-suite executives.
• Experience supervising a small team of Account Managers.
• Strong sales pipeline management experience (Salesforce or similar).
• Proven success growing an existing business above $7M.
