GOhiring is seeking a Senior Account Manager in the United States to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers. You will conduct discovery, tailor commercial solutions, negotiate and close deals while acting as a trusted advisor.

The role emphasizes data-driven expansions, understanding recruitment workflows, and scaling playbooks. You will work closely with customers to activate and expand usage, delivering measurable outcomes and guiding customers through the sales lifecycle.

• Multiple years in Account Management or consultative B2B SaaS sales with full cycle.
• Proven track record in new business and expansion with existing customers.
• Data-driven and analytical; translates usage signals into opportunities.
