Teleflex is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Urology for Boise, ID. You will provide on-site clinical support for UroLift and Barrigel cases, train clinicians, and drive sales activities. The role requires travel and collaboration with regional teams to grow product adoption.

The position supports surgical procedures, with follow-up and education duties, and offers a path toward broader sales responsibilities within Teleflex.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year clinical/sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 50%–60% for field coverage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case coverage for UroLift System and/or Barrigel as assigned.
• Articulate clinical and technical product knowledge to customers.
• Educate physicians, surgeons, and staff on device use and procedures.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and events for business development.
• Maintain knowledge of products and competitive offerings.
• Build relationships and plan sales strategies within accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share knowledge and leverage Teleflex resources.
• Manage information via CRM and maintain records and expenses.
