Job summary

Teleflex seeks an Associate Territory Manager for Urology in Des Moines, IA. The role focuses on supporting UroLift System and Barrigel cases with on-site clinical consultation and sales activities.

You will educate physicians and hospital staff, maintain product knowledge, and participate in industry trainings to drive business development. Travel to customer sites is expected, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%–60% and work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical consultation and case coverage for UroLift System and Barrigel cases.
• Educate and train physicians, surgeons, hospital staff on product use and benefits.
• Maintain product knowledge and articulate clinical information to customers.
• Attend industry trainings, meetings and events for business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
