Job summary

Teleflex invites an Associate Territory Manager to join its Urology team in East Philly, PA. The role focuses on on-site clinical consultation during UroLift System and Barrigel cases, with a path toward broader sales responsibilities.

You will educate clinicians and office staff, collaborate with regional teams, and travel frequently to maintain patient support and grow product adoption across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel 50%–60%.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case coverage for UroLift System and Barrigel spacing as needed.
• Educate physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on product use.
• Train and train others on technical product knowledge.
• Maintain relationships and identify sales opportunities within territory.
• Document activities and manage CRM records accurately.
