Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology based in Santa Clara, CA, with west-of-bay preference. You will provide procedural support, educate customers, and drive utilization of robotic and diagnostic technologies worldwide.

You will train surgeons and staff, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling extensively to hospitals and ASCs. The role emphasizes patient outcomes and advanced surgical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years in clinical, medical device sales or healthcare.
• Clinical/medical device sales or procedural support experience required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and work in hospital/ASC environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to learn technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through training and education.
• Support sales activities to drive utilization.
• Lead product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet objectives.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Develop expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone workflows.
• Ensure professionalism, service, and compliance.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure products are purchased and in stock.
