Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology, based in Santa Clara, CA, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals with procedural expertise and education.

You will cultivate relationships, provide in-case support, demonstrations, and training, while driving utilization and adoption of Monarch Urology across the territory. 90% travel is anticipated; a strong clinical background and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience is required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics or other highly technical procedural specialty is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 90% within the assigned territory is required.
• Strong customer service, organization and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through education and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to increase user competence and utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, and training events.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and clinical adoption.
