Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover Arizona, New Mexico, and Las Vegas. You will provide on-site procedural support, teach clinicians, and drive adoption of surgical robotics within your territory.

You will build strong customer relationships, deliver demonstrations and training, and work with sales leaders to achieve account objectives. A competitive base pay and incentive program accompany benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively up to 90% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Build clinical relationships through training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development to increase user competence and utilization.
• Lead product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to support objectives and referrals.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for issues and reporting.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of kidney stone treatment workflows and patient needs.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead sales activities to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
